Account Terms and Conditions

• Platinum will invoice the company/account holder weekly.
• Payment terms of all invoices are 30days net of invoice date.
• The full invoice amount must be paid by the due date.
• Any queries or disputes should be made known to us immediately and no less than 14days before account payment is due.
• All bookings to be placed on the account must be accompanied by the relevant account number. If this is not done at the time of booking payment will be requested at the end of the journey.
• the account holder’s responsibility to restrict use of the account.
• Platinum Drive are unable to accept responsibility for misuse of the
• account.
• Any such restrictions must be given in writing.
• All invoices will be sent to the address supplied by the account applicant.

• Failure to pay full account balance as per our terms & conditions may result in restriction of services & may incur additional costs in our efforts to recover outstanding monies.
• Each written request for payment will incur a additional £25.00 charge & these will be automatically generated & sent at 7 day intervals.
• Outstanding invoices 50 days & over will incur an administration fee of 5% of the total invoice amount. Outstanding invoices 120 days net of invoice date will be passed to our legal representatives & all additional costs will be added to the account balance.
• By opening an account with Platinum Drive Ltd, it is deemed that the account holder agrees to be bound by the terms & conditions as set out in this document & those published on our company website. www.platinumdriveltd.com
• Any booking cancelled after the driver has been dispatched from base will be charged at the full rate.
• Platinum Drive Ltd, reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger at any time.
• If it is suspected that a passenger(s) is under the influence of an intoxicating substance that could compromise the safety of the driver & other motorist’s the booking will be terminated with immediate effect.
• Platinum Drive Ltd, operate a zero tolerance policy to verbal & physical abuse of any staff members or drivers.
